You can create shortcuts to access files or folders by using a URL.



To create a shortcut:



#Place your cursor over the '''Workspace '''tab.
#Select a workspace.
#Select a file in the File pane or a folder in the Folder pane.
#Place your cursor over the '''More''' tab.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; b) Click the mail icon to send the URL in an email.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7.&nbsp;&nbsp; Click the checkmark.
