The Actions tab allows administators to enable plug-ins and select actions to be applied to a workspace.


To enable a plug-in and select an action:


  1. In the Role editor, select the Actions tab.
  2. From the Plugin identifer dropdown list, select a plug-in.
  3. From the Action name dropdown list, select an action.
  4. From the Repository Scope dropdown list, select a workspace.
  5. Click Add Action.
  6. (Optional) Repeat previous steps to add more actions.
  7. Click Save.
