Administrators are able to disable and re-enable mailboxes.
To disable an enabled mailbox, or to re-enable a disabled mailbox:
From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:
(Click here for instructions on how to get to this page)
- Select an organization from the list.
- Click Mailboxes.
Disable a mailbox
- From the list of mailboxes, select the mailbox that you would like to disable.
- Click Disable.
Re-enable a disabled mailbox
- From the list of mailboxes, select a disabled mailbox that you would like to re-enable.
- Click Enable.
- Verify your mailbox settings and make changes where necessary.
- Click Enable Mailbox.
