Users are able to view public folders using Outlook.


To view your public folders:


  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click the folder icon.

  1. Locate the Public Folders pane and click the dropdown arrow to expand the pane.
  2. Click the dropdown arrow again to expand the subfolders.
  3. Double-click the folder to view it.
