By modifying a user's properties administrators are able to change user credentials, roles, contact info, and quotas.


To modify a user's properties:


Option 1:

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Click on the Administration tab.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Members.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Select a user from the list.
  6. Right-click your selection.
  7. Click Properties.
  8. Make your changes in the appropriate fields.
  9. Click OK.


OR


Option 2:

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. In the right pane, locate the Users & Groups section.
  3. Click Administer Users.
  4. Select a user from the list.
  5. Right-click your selection.
  6. Click Properties.
  7. Make your changes in the appropriate fields.
  8. Click OK.
