Administrators are able to suspend a user's activity by disabling their CloudPath account.
To disable a user account:
Option 1:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the Administration tab.
- Click the dropdown arrow beside Members.
- Click Users.
- Select a user from the list.
- Right-click your selection.
- Click Disable Account.
OR
Option 2:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the Administration tab.
- Click the dropdown arrow beside Members.
- Click Users.
- Select a user from the list.
- Click on the gear icon (see image below).
- Click Disable Account.
