Administrators are able to permanently delete CloudPath user accounts.


To delete a user:


  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Click on the Administration tab.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Members.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Select a user from the list.
  6. Right-click your selection.
  7. Click Disable Account.

  1. Right-click the disabled user.
  2. Click Delete.

When the Delete User pop-up window appears:


            a) select the Transfer user's objects to me checkbox to transfer over any create objects.

            OR

            b) unselect the Transfer user's objects to me checkbox to permanently delete all objects created by the user.

  1. Click OK.
