EasyMail users are able to change their password reset security question.
To change your password reset question:
- Log in to EasyMail.
- Place your cursor over the settings icon.
- Go to Preferences > Global Preferences.
- Click Account Password.
- Make changes to the applicable fields.
- Click Save.
Your password reset information is now updated.
- When you are finished, click Return to Main Screen.
