Blacklisting allows users to ban mail from specific senders. If you blacklist an email you will no longer recieve emails from the blacklisted email address.
See Configuring Blacklists in EasyMail for information on how you can add or remove senders from your blacklist.
To blacklist an email:
- Log in to EasyMail.
- Click the Mail tab.
- Click Inbox. (You should be taken to your inbox by default).
- Right-click the email that you would like to blacklist.
- Click Blacklist.
The sender of the email is now blacklisted.
