Users have the ability to save and download emails.


Save an email

To save an email:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Click the Mail tab.

  1. Click Inbox (You should be taken to your inbox by default).
  2. Double-click an email to open it.
  3. Click Save.

The email will be saved and downloaded as a .eml file.


  1. Close the email window when you are finished.


Download an email

To download an email:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Click the Mail tab.

  1. Click Inbox (You should be taken to your inbox by default).
  2. Double-click an email to open it.
  3. Click the download icon

The email will begin downloading.


  1. Close the email window when you are finished.
