Administrators are able to delete user preference records.
To delete a user preference record:
- Log in to FortiMail.
- Expand the User pane.
- Click User.
- Click the User Preferences tab.
- Select a user from the list. (Hold the Ctrl button to select multiple users).
- Click Delete.
- When prompted, click Yes.
