Administrators are able to delete user aliases.


To delete a user alias:


  1. Login to FortiMail.
  2. Expand the User pane.
  3. Click User Alias.

  1. Select a user alias from the list. (Hold the Ctrl button to select multiple user alias).
  2. Click Delete.

  1. When prompted, click Yes.
