Pathway MyExchange customers have the ability to install MyExchange on their BlackBerry


BlackBerry 10 os


To setup MyExchange on your BlackBerry 10 device:


  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Select Accounts (or Email Accounts depending on your version of BlackBerry).
  3. Select Advanced.

  1. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.

  1. Fill in all the necessary fields.
  2. Click Next.

  1. Apply sync options and then click Done.

BlackBerry 7 os


To setup MyExchange on your BlackBerry 7 device:


  1. Click Setup.
  2. Click Email Accounts.

  1. Click Enterprise Account.

  1. Fill in the Email Address and Password fields.
  2. Click Continue (Or Activate depending on your version of BlackBerry).

  1. Your BlackBerry will now verify your account information. If prompted to provide a server address, click the menu key and select Show server address.
  2. Click Activate.


BlackBerry 6 os


To setup MyExchange on your BlackBerry 7 device:


  1. Click Setup.
  2. Click Email Accounts.
