Administrators are able to edit archive mailbox settings.


To edit an archive mailbox:


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Mailboxes.

  1. Select a mailbox from the list.
  2. Click Archive Settings.

  1. Select an archive mailbox.
  2. Click Edit Archive Mailbox.

  1. In the Archive Mailbox Size (MB) field, set the mailbox limit.
  2. In the Archive Mailbox Warning Level (MB) field, set a threshold warning for the mailbox.
  3. Click Update Archive Mailbox.
