Administrators are able to disable and re-enable resource mailboxes.
To disable an enabled resource mailbox, or to re-enable a disabled mailbox:
From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

- Select an organization from the list.
- Click Resource Mailboxes.
Disable a resource mailbox
- From the list of resources mailboxes, select the mailbox that you would like to disable.
- Click Disable.
Re-enable a disabled resource mailbox
- From the list of resource mailboxes, select a disabled mailbox that you would like to re-enable.
- Click Enable.
- Verify your mailbox settings and make changes where necessary.
- Click Enable Mailbox.
