To create an FTP-User:


  1. Click on the Sites tab.
  2. Locate the Web Access section.
  3. Select FTP-Accounts.
  4. Click Add new FTP-User.

When you arrive at the FTP-User page:


  1. From the Website dropdown list, select the website that you would like the FTP user to have access to.
  2. In the Username field, enter a user name. (The user name will be prefixed with the client id by default. If your client id is 22 and the FTP user is John, the FTP username will be c22john.)
  3. In the Password field, create the new user's password. (If you click Generate Password a strong password will be randomly created for you.)
  4. In the Repeat Password field, re enter the password that you created in the previous step.
  5. In the Harddisk-Quota field, enter the maximum quota in MB for the FTP user.
  6. Select the Active checkbox to activate the FTP user. To deactivate the FTP user unselect the checkbox.
  7. Click Save.
