Before you can share multiple files, you must create a new folder for the files that you wish to share.
To share multiple files:
- Place your cursor over + (Add).
- Click New Folder.
- In the New folder name field, create a folder name.
- Click the checkmark.
To add files to the folder:
- Drag and drop files into the new folder.
OR
- Locate and select the files that you would like to share. (For detailed information on selecting files refer to the [1] page)
- Right-click your selection, then click Move.
- New workspace (Internal and External users)

- The new folder will appear as a new workspace in the target users’ workspace list.
- To share a folder as a new workspace:
- Fill in the Workspace Label and Description fields.
- Select a user and set their read and write access.
- The new folder will appear as a new workspace in the target users’ workspace list.
- Public Minisite (External users)

- The new folder will appear at a new public address as a simple file list.
- To share the folder as a public minisite:
- The new folder will appear at a new public address as a simple file list.
- Fill in the Workspace Label and Description fields.
- Set the user permissions for the minisite.
