In order to work within the guest operating system and perform operations, you need to first access your virtual machine through our web console.


NOTE: If the virtual machine is not powered on you will not be able to access it.


To access a virtual machine console:


  1. Log in to Cloudpath.
  2. Click on the My Cloud tab.
  3. In the left pane, locate the My Cloud section.
  4. Click VMs.

  1. Select a virtual machine, and then right-click your selection.
  2. Click Popout Console.


NOTE: If you close or refresh a virtual machine console all connected client devices will be disconnected.
