Users can change how display names are formatted in their address books.

To change your address book name formats:

1. Log in to EasyMail.
2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
3. Go to Preferences > Address Book.

4. Click 'Name 'Format.
5. From the Select the format used to display names dropdown list, select a display format.
6. From the Select the format used to sort names dropdown list, select a display format.
7. Click Save.
