To change your task deletion preferences:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
  3. Go to Preferences > Tasks.

  1. Click Deleting Tasks.
  2. If you would like to be prompted to confirm task deletions, select the checkbox.
  3. From the Purge completed tasks how often dropdown list, specify how often you would like to purge completed tasks.
  4. In the Purge completed tasks older than this amount of days field, enter the number days you would like to wait before automatically purging a task.
  5. Click Save.
