Administrators are able to disable and re-enable mailboxes.


To disable an enabled mailbox, or to re-enable a disabled mailbox :


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Mailboxes.

Disable a mailbox

  1. From the list of mailboxes, select the mailbox that you would like to disable.
  2. Click Disable.

Re-enable a disabled mailbox

  1. From the list of mailboxes, select a disabled mailbox that you would like to re-enable.
  2. Click Enable.

  1. Verify your mailbox settings and make changes where necessary.
  2. Click Enable Mailbox.
