Creating mail templates in EasyMail

Users can create mail templates.


To create a new mail template:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
  3. Go to Preferences > Mail.

  1. Click Create new Template.

  1. If you would like to enable HTML, select the HTML composition checkbox.
  2. If you would like to save the template in a specific folder, select the Save checkbox, and then select one of the listed folders.

  1. Compose your email.
  2. Click Save Template.
