  1. Log in to MySmartOffice.
  2. Click the Monitor pane.

  1. Go to Agent Monitoring > Alerts.

  1. Select System from the Select Alert Function dropdown list.
  2. Make changes where necessary.
  3. Click Apply or Clear (whichever is applicable) to confirm your changes.
