  1. Log in to MySmartOffice.
  2. Click the Monitor pane.

  1. Go to Agent Monitoring > Alerts.

  1. Select Agent Procedure Failure from the Select Alert Function dropdown list.

  1. Make changes where necessary.


Any failed Agent Procedures will be displayed.
