Sharing your calendar using Outlook

Users can share their calendars using Outlook.

 

To share your calendar:



  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click Calendar.

  1. Click Share Calendars.

  1. In the To... field, enter the email address of the person you would like to share your calendar with.
  2. In the Subject  field, enter a message subject.
  3. If you would like to see your contact's calendar, select the Request permission to view recipient's Calendar checkbox.
  4. Select the Allow recipient to view your Calendar checkbox.
  5. From the Details dropdown list, select what details you would like to share with your contact.
  6. (Optional) Type a message.
  7. Click Send.
