Creating a Workspace that connects to an FTP server

To create a new workspace that connects to a FTP server:

  1. Place your cursor over the Workspace tab.
  2. Click Add workspace...





  1. From the Create your own workspalce pop-up window, select a the FTP Server template.





  1. In the Label field, enter a name for the workspace.
  2. In the Host field, enter the FTP hostname or IP address.
  3. In the User field, enter the FTP username.
  4. In the Password field, enter the FTP password.
  5. In the Character Encoding field, select a character set if the FTP server does not set up correctly.
  6. In the Description field, enter a description for the workspace.
  7. From the Default Rights dropdown list, select the default read and write access rights for the user.
  8. Click the checkmark.
