Enabling Guest Personalization

An operating system that runs inside a virtual machine is known as a guest operating system. A guest operating system can be customized or personalized for virtual machines created from vApp templates.
To enable Guest Personalization:
- Log in as an administrator.
- Click on the Administration tab.
- Click the dropdown arrow beside Settings.
- Click Guest Personalization.
- Select the checkbox to Enable domain join for virtual machines in this organization.
- In the Domain name field, enter a domain name for the guest.
- In the User name field, create a user name for the guest.
- In the Password field, create a password for the guest.
- In the Account organizational unit field, enter the name of an organizational unit.
- Click Apply.
