Downloading items from a personal quarantine

To download an item from a user's personal quarantine:


  1. Log in to FortiMail.
  2. Expand the Monitor pane.
  3. Click Quarantine.

  1. Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.


If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.

  1. Double-click an item from the list.
  2. Click Download...
  1. Specify whether you would like to open the file or save it locally.
  2. Click OK.
