Recovering an Easymail email

If you would like to recover a deleted email you have the option to Undelete it. 


NOTE: Undeleting will not work recover purged emails.


To undelete an email:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Click the Mail tab.

  1. Click Inbox. (You should be taken to your inbox by default).
  2. Perform one of the following:


Option 1

  1. Right-click  the email that you would like to recover.
  2. Click Undelete.

Option 2

  1. Select the email that you would like to recover.
  2. Click the Other tab.
  3. Click Undelete.
