Create a virtual network in Hyper V

Virtual networks are necessary for hosting your virtual machines. To create a virtual network:

1. Click NETWORKS.

 

2. Click +NEW.

 

3. Select VIRTUAL NETWORK.
4. Select QUICK CREATE.
5. Enter the name for your network in the NAME field.
6. Select the IP address range from the ADDRESS SPACE dropdown list.
7. Select the maximum number of IP addresses to be used from the MAXIMUM IP COUNT dropdown list.
8. Click CREATE A NETWORK.
