The Agent Status page provides a customized view of the different agents that have been enabled on your machines. Additional columns can be added as well to provide desired information.
To view your MySmartOffice agent status:
- Log in to MySmartOffice.
- Click the Agent pane.
- Click Agent Status.
Your machines and agents will be displayed. Machine IDs can be selected and your results can be filtered as well.
