Managing your Exchange Enabled Organizations

Your guide to pathway services

Administrators are able to view and manage their organizations through the MyExchange Hosting Controller.


To manage your Exchange Enabled Organizations choose one of the following options:

Option 1:

  1. Log in to the MyExchange Hosting Controller.
  2. Locate the search bar.

  1. Search for "Exchange Organizations".
  2. Select Exchange Organizations from the search results.

Option 2:

  1. Log in to the MyExchange Hosting Controller.
  2. From the side menu, locate the Hosting Services pane and click the + (expand) icon to expand the pane (if the pane is not already expanded by default).
  3. Click the + (expand) icon to expand the Manage Hosted Organizations page (if the pane is not already expanded by default).
  4. Click Hosted Organizations.

When you arrive at the Hosted Organizations page you can search for organizations, see what services are assigned to each organization, and delete organizations.


Searching for an organization


From the Hosted Organizations page:


  1. In the Organization Name field, enter the name of the organization that you would like to view.
  2. Click the search icon.

Deleting an organization


From the Hosted Organizations page:


Option 1:

  1. From the organizations listed, select the organization that you would like to delete.
  2. In the pop-up window click Delete.

  1. If prompted, select the Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs box.
  2. Click OK.

Option 2:

  1. From the organizations listed, select the organization that you would like to delete.
  2. Click Delete.

  1. If prompted, select the Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs box.
