Configuring FortiMail User Preferences

Administrators are able to configure the whitelist preferences and webmail quarantine language for specific email users by using the User Preferences tab.

To view or manage existing user preferences:

1. Log in to FortiMail.
2. Expand the User pane.
3. Click User.

4. Click the User Preferences tab.
5. Click New... or double-click one of the listed user's to modify their preferences.
7. Either click New or double-click the user’s preferences to modify them.
