Deleting a personal quarantine record

To delete a user's personal quarantine record from the main list of records:


  1. Log in to FortiMail.
  2. Expand the Monitor pane.
  3. Click Quarantine.

  1. Locate a user from the list, then double-click their profile name.


If any items are in the user's quarantine they will be displayed here.

  1. Select an item from the list.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. When prompted, click Yes.
