Disable an enabled journal rule

To disable an enabled journal rule: 


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

(Click here for instructions on how to get to this page)


  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Journal Rule.

  1. Select the journal rule and click Disable.

  1. When prompted, click OK.
