Scheduling an appointment using the Outlook Web App

Users can share their Outlook calendar using the Outlook Web App (OWA).


To share your calendar:


  1. Log in to OWA.
  2. Click Calendar.

  1. Click the dropdown arrow beside New.
  2. Click Appointment.

  1. Click the Invite Attendees icon.

  1. In the To... field, enter the email addresses of your required attendees.
  2. In the Optional... field, enter the email addresses any optional attendees.
  3. In the Resources... field, enter any resources that are required (e.g. - conference room).
  4. In the Subject field, create a subject for the appointment.
  5. In the Location field, enter a location for the subject.
  6. If you would like to receive response notifications, select the Request a response to this invitation checkbox.
  7. Use the dropdown lists to select the appointment Start time, and End time.
  8. If you would like to make this invitation private, select the Private checkbox.
  9. Enter a message subject in the text field.
