Editing public folder email addresses

Administrators are able to edit email addresses that are associated with public folders.


To edit a public folder's email addresses:


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

(Click here for instructions on how to get to this page)


  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Public Folders.

  1. Select one of the public folders from the list.
  2. Click Edit Email Addresses.

  1. In the Display Name field, enter a display name for the public folder.
  2. If you would like to keep the folder hidden, select the Hide from Exchange Address List checkbox.
  3. In the Outgoing Message Size Limit field, set a size limit in MB.
  4. In the Incoming Message Size Limit field, set a size limit in MB.
  5. Click Update Folder.
