Adding an archive mailbox

Administrators are able to create archive mailboxes.


To create an archive mailbox:


From the Exchange Enabled Organizations page:

(Click here for instructions on how to get to this page)


  1. Select an organization from the list.
  2. Click Mailboxes.

  1. From the list of mailboxes, select the mailbox that you would like to edit.
  2. Click Archive Settings.

  1. Click Add Archive Mailbox.

  1. In the Archive Mailbox Size (MB) field, set the mailbox limit.
  2. In the Archive Mailbox Warning Level (MB) field, set a threshold warning for the mailbox.
  3. Click Add Mailbox Archive.
