Setting up automatic replies using the Outlook Web App

Users can change their MyExchange mailbox passwords by using the Outlook Web App.


To change your password:


  1. Log in to OWA.
  2. Click the Options dropdown arrow.
  3. Click Set Automatic Replies...

  1. If you would like to setup automatic reply messages, select the Send Automatic Replies checkbox.
  2. Select the Send replies only during this time period checkbox.
  3. Select a time period by using the 'Start time and End 'time dropdown lists.
  4. Enter a message that you would like to send to co-workers in the text field.
