Setting up automatic replies in Outlook

Users can schedule automated messages to respond to contacts when they are unavailable.


To setup an automatic reply:


  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click Info.

  1. the Automatic Replies button.
  2. Select the automatic replies checkbox.
