Shutdown a virtual machine in Hyper V

When you shutdown a virtual machine, the machine stops any running operations and then turns itself off. To shutdown a virtual machine:
- Click VIRTUAL MACHINES.
- Select the virtual machine that you would like to shutdown.
- Click SHUTDOWN.
- Click YES to confirm the action.
