Adding glue records for domains registered with GoDaddy

1. Log in to your GoDaddy account using your username and password.
2. Click on your name at the top right hand corner, click on visit my account and then launch domains.
3. Select the domain you would like to set up your vanity name server for.
4. GoDaddy refers to these vanity nameservers as ‘hosts’. Click on Manage (as shown below).

  

5. For Host Name, enter ns1.
6. For Host Name, enter your primary nameserver address (66.212.164.3)
7. Click ADD.
8. Click ADD again.
9. For Host Name, enter ns2.
10. For Host Name, enter the secondary server name address (66.212.164.4)
11. Click ADD.
12. Click Save.

   

13. Under Nameservers, click on Manage.
14. Under Setup type, click on Custom.
15. Under Nameserver, select NS1.QWERT.US and NS2.QWERT.US (This is an example. Your nameservers will be different).
