Changing your EasyMail password reset question

EasyMail users are able to change their password reset security question.

To change your password reset question:

1. Log in to EasyMail.
2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
3. Go to Preferences > Global Preferences.

4. Click Account Password.
5. Make changes to the applicable fields. 
6. Click Save.

Your password reset information is now updated.

7. When you are finished, click Return to Main Screen.
