Changing your task display preferences in EasyMail

Users can change their  task sorting and display preferences.


To change your task display preferences:


  1. Log in to EasyMail.
  2. Place your cursor over the settings icon.
  3. Go to Preferences > Tasks.

  1. Click Display Preferences.
  2. Select the columns that should be shown in your list view. Ctrl + click to select more than one list item.
  3. From the Sort tasks by dropdown list, specify how you would like to sort the tasks.
  4. From the Then dropdown list, select the second sorting action.
  5. From the Sort direction dropdown list, select a sorting direction.
  6. Click Save.

  1. When you are finished, click Return to Main Screen.
