Create an SQL database in Hyper V

To create an SQL database:

1. Click SQL SERVER DATABASES.

 

2. Click +NEW.

3. Click CREATE DATABASE.

 

4. Enter a name for the database in the NAME field.
5. Select a database edition from the EDITION dropdown list.
6. Click the arrow to continue.

7. Enter the username for the admin in the ADMIN NAME field.
8. Enter and confirm the password in the password fields.
9. Click the checkmark.

 

The database will appear under sql server databases.
