Sharing your calendar using Outlook
Your guide to pathway services
Users can share their calendars using Outlook.
To share your calendar:
- Open Outlook.
 - Click Calendar.
 
- Click Share Calendars.
 
- In the To... field, enter the email address of the person you would like to share your calendar with.
 - In the Subject field, enter a message subject.
 - If you would like to see your contact's calendar, select the Request permission to view recipient's Calendar checkbox.
 - Select the Allow recipient to view your Calendar checkbox.
 - From the Details dropdown list, select what details you would like to share with your contact.
 - (Optional) Type a message.
 - Click Send.
