Viewing a document


A document (For example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files) can be viewed using Document Reader.


To view a document using Document Reader:


  1. Locate a document in the File pane.
  2. Double-click the document.

       OR

  1. Locate a document in the File pane.
  2. Select and right-click on the document.
  3. Place your cursor over View/Edit.
  4. Click Document Reader.



Image files can be viewed using Image Preview


Viewing an image


Image files can be viewed using Image Preview.


To view an image using Image Preview:


  1. Locate an image in the File pane.
  2. Double-click the image.

       OR

  1. Locate an image in the File pane.
  2. Select and right-click on the image.
  3. Place your cursor over View/Edit.
  4. Click Image Preview.


Editing an image


Image files can be edited using Pixlr Image Editor.


To edit a file using Pixlr Image Editor:


  1. Locate an image in the File pane.
  2. Select and right-click on the image.
  3. Place your cursor over View/Edit.
  4. Click Pixlr Image Editor.


Viewing a video


A video file can be viewed using Media Player.


To view a video using Media Player:


  1. Locate a video in the File pane.
  2. Double-click the video.

       OR

  1. Locate a video in the File pane.
  2. Select and right-click on the video.
  3. Place your cursor over View/Edit.
  4. Click Media Player.
