Before you can share multiple files, you must create a new folder for the files that you wish to share.


To share multiple files:


  1. Place your cursor over + (Add).
  2. Click New Folder.
  3. In the New folder name field, create a folder name.
  4. Click the checkmark.

New workspace (Internal and External users)
The new folder will appear as a new workspace in the target users’ workspace list.
To share a folder as a new workspace:
  1. Fill in the Workspace Label and Description fields.
  2. Select a user and set their read and write access.

Public Minisite (External users)
The new folder will appear at a new public address as a simple file list.
To share the folder as a public minisite:
  1. Fill in the Workspace Label and Description fields.
  2. Set the user permissions for the minisite.

User can download files from the browser into your computer

User can upload files into the folder









Private Minisite (Internal and External users)
The new folder will appear at a new address as a simple file list, but with user identification required.
To share the folder as a private minisite:
    1. Right-click on the new folder and click Share.
    2. Choose one of the following options:
    1. Click the checkmark.
      The new folder appears in the user’s account as a new workspace.
    1. Click Generate.
    2. Click Invitations to email the link and password.
    3. Click the check mark when finished.
