Files and folders can be compressed into zipped folders.
To compress a file or folder:
- Place your cursor over the Workspaces tab.
- Select a workspace.
- Select a file in the File pane or a folder in the Folder pane.
- Place your cursor over the More tab.
- Click Compress...
- In the Compress selection to field, enter a new name for the zipped folder.
- Click the checkmark.
