The Account Info tab contains internal data and personal information unique to the user.

Internal Data
The Internal data section lets you configure what a user has access to, their password, and their account activation status.
Special Profile
The Special Profile dropdown list lets administrators select a role for the user.
- Standard – an account with no administrative privileges.
- Administrator – an account with administrative privileges.
- Shared – an account which has access to delegated workspaces.
- Guest – a temporary account which may have limited privileges.
Default Repository
The Default Repository dropdown list lets administratirs select the default screen that appears when the user logs into Storig.
Changing a Password
A user’s password can be changed at anytime.
To change the user’s password:
- In the Role Editor, select the Account Info tab.
- Click Change Password.
- In the Password field, create a new password.
- In the Confirm field, re enter the password that you created in the previous step.
- Click the checkmark.
For security, an administrator can force a user to change their password.
#In the Role Editor, under Account Info, click Force password change.<br/>When the user logs in, the Change Passwordprompt appears.

Edit the user’s personal information including the full name, email address, country, and language. An avatar option is available to personalize the account.

Forcing a Password Change
For security, an administrator can force a user to change their password.
- In the Role Editor, under Account Info, click Force password change.
When the user logs in, the Change Password prompt appears.
Locking a User
When a user is locked, they are denied access to Storig.
To lock a user:
- In the Role Editor under Account Info, click Lock out user.
Note: To reactivate a user, follow the step above and click Reactivate user.
Personal Information
Edit the user’s personal information including the full name, email address, country, and language. An avatar option is available to personalize the account.
